Videography:
Pre-Production: The Job Request Form for video jobs should be completed at least 6 weeks in advance to allow for proper planning.
Production: The duration of and time in between shoots is dependent on the project and/or client.
Post-Production: At least one month will be required for any projects that require editing.
Live Capture:
Pre-Production: The Job Request Form for live capture jobs should be completed at least 6 weeks in advance to allow for proper planning.
Production: These shoots usually revolve around an event and set dates, so the duration of and time in between shoots will depend on event dates, but may depend on the client if the project does not revolve around an event.
Post-Production: Live Capture projects involve a team member editing footage in real time as an event progresses, thus editing time is significantly reduced or may not be necessary. If you would like additional edits to the video, an additional 2 weeks (minimum) would be required.
Photography:
Pre-Production: The Job Request Form should be completed at least 4 weeks in advance to allow for proper planning
Production: Our previous photography projects have typically revolved around an event, thus the duration of and time in between shoots is dependent on these event dates. If the project does not revolve around an event, the timeline will depend on the agreed-upon shoot dates.
Post-Production: At least 2 weeks will be required for any requested edits.
Project timelines are heavily dependent on clear and timely communication between the client and DDC Productions. All projects are contingent on the availability of DDC Productions Members.
